We offer Arrive Alive Guarantee!

We stand by our commitment to deliver your coral in pristine condition with our arrive-alive guarantee. In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged or dead (DOA) coral, promptly send clear photographs within two hours of arrival for a full credit or choose a replacement of the same type and comparable size. 


Unfortunately, shipping costs for DOA corals are non-refundable, and if opting for a replacement, shipping charges will apply.


If a package is rejected for any reason, you are responsible for the full shipping invoice cost.


Please note that we cannot be held responsible for incorrect shipping addresses. Once the package is dispatched, any liabilities are relinquished from our end.


For cancellations, notify us within 24 hours of ordering (prior to shipping) and incur a 25% restocking fee.


Payment for "re-homing or adoption" invoices is required within 24 hours of issuance. Failure to fulfill payment within this time frame will result in a ban from future sales, and the coral will be placed back for resale.
